Default email forwarding is stationary.

Hi, I hope someone can help as I am now tearing out what little is left of my hair!

I am trying to set it up so that copies of emails received in my Outlook account are forwarded to my Gmail account. Sounds simple. I've followed all procedures outlined in Outlook help and eventually got it so mail appears to be forwarded somewhere. But not to my Gmail account (and yes, I have double and triple checked that it is being directed to the right account!).

I really appreciate any help someone can offer. Let me know if any other info is required for assistance.

Cheers

Tell us exactly how you did this. If there's a problem with it, we should be
able to spot it. Are you using a POP/SMTP account or an Exchnage account? If
the latter, the problem is likely that, by default, Exchange doesn't allow
autoforwards or autoreplies to external addresses.
