Hallo

I am using outlook 2003 with Windows XP. When i print out an email the text
is very small, this only started a few days ago. I did not install any new
software or updates. I have since installed sp3 for windows xp but it did
not make any difference. I have tried both memo and table formats and it is
still the same. Any pointers as to where i should look next would be
appreciated.

Usually print issues stem from your printer driver. You may not have manually installed any updates, but you may have Windows updating automatically (which you should - this can shield you from viruses, etc.).

So, just go to the website for your printer brand, click on 'drivers' and you should be able to install the latest driver for your printer based on your operating system.
