Default Outlook 2007 public folders

navigating the Public Folders could be very time consuming.

Can an icon be added to the outlook toolbar with a shortcut to a given
folder under the public folders? If so, how? does it involve third party
add ons?

PS Public folders come from Exchange 2003 soon to be exchange 2007; thus,
how can I do this for all users.

thanks,
Raul Rego

The question is, What version of Outlook are your clients using?

Outlook 2007:

Using the Navigation Pane (see pics:
http://www.uwec.edu/HELP/Outlook07/np-general.htm )

The link that follows is the Microsoft Office Online FREE
training course.

Add a public folder shortcut to Favorites:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...CH063566521033

A search on the Training Course site for "Favorites" brings many
quick and easy Help and How-To courses you can share with
your clients:

Once you find the folder, you can right click and select Add to Favorites.
Your folders will now show in a shorter list under your Public Folder
Favorites.
