Default Trying to move email from inbox to personal folder

In Outlook 2007, I am trying to move e-mails from my inbox to a personal folder. I get the error message, “Can’t move the items. The items could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.” I have done this successfully before. Any suggestions?
