I run Office 2003 on Windows XP SP3. I use two PST files,
each for a different account, and both are password protected. After many years using various editions of Outlook, it has very recently begun at ask for the PST file password two times in a row. That is, after I enter the password once, the password box pops right back up. Since this happens with both PST files, I assume that Outlook itself has changed and this is not a problem with either PST file. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it? -- Vic Roberts Replace xxx with vdr in e-mail address. |
