Hi Gurus,
I have a strange problem with the email signatures in outlook. I have two terminal servers that the users log into to get their mail (from our exchange server). The problem is that when setting a signature to automatically be inserted into a new mail it doesn't stay that way and gets set back to "none" (making the user to select the signature each time). I can select a signature when logged into terminal server1, log out and log back in again and it is stays set - however when I log in and out of terminal server 2 and return to terminal server1 it gets set back to "none". I have deleted any associated profiles with the user and recreated a new one. I have also deleted and recreated a new signagure but the problem still exists. It seems as though terminal server2 is wiping the settings for terminal server1 for the signature setting! Any ideas would be appreciated. Cheers Mark |

do the sigs work when logged into server1?
is the path used for the sigs in server1 the same as on server2? if outlook can't find the sigs, it sets them to none. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Thanks for the tip. It turns out macro security must be set to low on each
terminal server and outlook must compose messages using word.
