Default How do I get MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF

I have just installed Office 2003.Going into Outlook I get the message "The
file add-in MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is missing or not valid." I have
tried using Detect and Repair as suggested and it has not helped. I still get
the message. Any suggestions as to how to get these files installed or made
valid? Do they matter? Thanks.
