If you are not in a business environment connecting to Microsoft Exchange as
your mail server, you've created the wrong type of mail account. Go into the Control Panel and delete the account and create the correct type of account. Check your ISP website for the correct settings. -- Kathleen Orland - MVP Outlook Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "Ken" wrote: I purchased outlook 2007 and completed the installation. When I go to open Outlook, I'm getting an error message "Microsoft Exchange is Unavailable". I can't seem to get past this point. What does this mean and what do I need to do? Thanks, Ken |
