Default backing up Outlook by copying the .pst file?

Hello,

I have a large Outlook.pst file (2GB) and have been copying this file
as a way of backing up Outlook emails etc rather than the slower
method of exporting individual folders as .pst files.

Is this OK?

Cheers,

Geoff

I'd say it's better than exporting individual folder.

As long as Outlook is closed when you copy it, that's exactly how to make a
backup.
