Sync Issues/Local Failures Outlook 2003
One of our users keeps filling up his mailbox, and it looks as though Sync
Issues/Local Failures takes up about half of it. What is causing these errors, and how can we stop the buildup of these? There is no folder showing up on his Mail Folder window; it only shows up under Mailbox Properties, General, Folder size. He connects to the LAN mostly, but through his ISP sometimes on this laptop. Windows XP Pro, Office 2003 Pro. Thanks, Mich

what do the sync error messages say? they should reference the problem
messages. While he can see the size on the folder under properties, the folder does
not show up under his inbox. How do you make it show up so that you can see the messages?
