at first I would check, if your Outlook works in a "safe" mode without any
problems.

This "safe mode" will disable all addins of Outoook.

Command-line switches = use "/safe"

If this works, an addin could be responsibel for this behavior. If you get
the same errors again, I would try a new profile of Outlook.

But at first check Outlook running in "/safe mode".

Maybe it helps.
