Then I think unless you forward them one by one, you will have to write some code to do it for you.

Thanks for replying. Not sure what you mean there? I want to be able to effectively backup my 'offline' email folders on OL2003 by forwarding them all to my new gmail account. I can get that to work.A further question, Is there any way I could 'forward' it so that it arrives in my gmail account as if sent by the original sender? Only if you use Outlook in an Exchange environment. If so, you should use

only by forwarding as attachment - you can read and reply to the attachment.
