Hi
I have three email accounts set up in Microsoft Outlook 2007, but how can I have three different inboxes (i.e. one for each account) rather than all messages going into the one inbox? Any help would be much appreciated. Regards, Bradley Thomas. |

Unless they are imap accounts, you need to use rules to move the messages to
different folders. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Hello Bradley:
Go to Control Panel, "Mail" and select "profiles" and then "Prompt for a profile to be used". You'll be able to have the three sepArate inboxes. I have the exact same setup as yours, 3 e-mail accounts. Regards, =========== ========================== "Bradley Thomas" wrote in message ... WIth Outlook 2007, you can designate the Inbox and Sent Items folders for each account. I'm not at my OL 2007 system just now, but I believe you can find the setting on ToolsAccout Settings. Select the account, click Change, then More Settings. Select the Folders tab. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
