Our company just leased a managed server running Windows Server 2003, and we
are about to purchase Office Professional Plus 2007 for all the staff, this was to resolve security issues with clients. My question is, will multiple users be able to set up personal email accounts in Outlook so that we each get our own email? Thanks for any help on this subject. |

If you are planning on installing 1 Office on a server and wanting multiple
clients to use it from there, my instict is to say yes and no. Yes, you can have multiple profiles set up on one machine. No, you cannot run more than 1 instance of Outlook at a time. Are you talking about setting up Office/Outlook on a terminal server? If
yes, there are a few caveats you need to consider. You will need an Enterprise version of Office with a volume license key, plus licenses for everyone who will be using Office on the terminal server. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Thank you all for your answers. I don't believe it is an Exchange Server.
I'm not sure if it is an Enterprise version of Office, but I do know that they are buying licenses for everyone who will be using the server. I will go back to the powers that be and find out more information. "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Are you talking about setting up Office/Outlook on a terminal server?
