Default Using Outlook 2007 on dedicated server

If you are planning on installing 1 Office on a server and wanting multiple
clients to use it from there, my instict is to say yes and no.

Yes, you can have multiple profiles set up on one machine.
No, you cannot run more than 1 instance of Outlook at a time.

Our company just leased a managed server running Windows Server 2003, and
we
are about to purchase Office Professional Plus 2007 for all the staff,
this
was to resolve security issues with clients. My question is, will
multiple
users be able to set up personal email accounts in Outlook so that we each
get our own email? Thanks for any help on this subject.
