how to Backup contacts in outlook
Good Morning,
I have a sales guy who has recently overwritten all of his contacts with his smartphone, this cannot happen again. I would simply like to back up my huge contacts list in outlook.... just in case. Thanks

With outlook *closed* simply copy the data files, outlook.pst is the default
name. (a hidden file, search for *.pst) Or use the free outlook backup addin available from MS Outlook site "James Landon" wrote in message mmunications...
