Hi asphy,
your Outlook version is? Does your Outlook normaly works with email or do you always get this errror? Are you using an Exchange Server or a local installation? Hi asphy,
and does your provider has a website with "configuration information" with your Outlook version? Did you check this website? If you select in Outlook "Tools/E-mail-Acounts" = select "available e-mail accounts = select the e-mail account and click on "Edit". Now click on "Check account settings" (or something simular).
