Default Outlook shortcut opens as Internet Options

I'm not sure what happened, but now when I click on the Microsoft
Office Outlook (Email) shortcut in the start menu, it opens up
Internet Explorer options instead of MS Outlook. I have already
disabled/enabled it in and IE the Advanced options of Start menu. I
uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2007 which didn't help. I have IE
7.0. Any ideas why this happened and how to resolve it? Please
advise.

Thanks!
