reminders for outlook calendar
in Outlook 2003, is there any way to change the reminders for appointments
from 15 mins to 2 weeks for a group of appointments, not individually. I imported the appointments from an excel sheet but the reminders are set to 15 mins. i need them to be 2 weeks. Any suggestions? |

Sure can. Add the Remind beforehand field to the view. Change one event to
use the desired period then group by the Remind beforehand field. Drag the others to the correct group. 1. Turn off the reading pane so you have a single line view. 2. Right click on the row of field names and choose Field Chooser 3. Find the remind beforehand field (look in Date fields) 4. drag it to the row of field names. 5. right click on it and choose group by this field 6. select the items that need changed and drag to the correct group. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "********Meg" wrote in message ... in Outlook 2003, is there any way to change the reminders for appointments from 15 mins to 2 weeks for a group of appointments, not individually.
