Is that possible in a POP-configuration?
I have to run Outlook in exchange server mode to do that, don't I? -- Regards Zadig Galbaras (nick) www.tresfjording.com ----- "VanguardLH" skrev i melding ... Zadig Galbaras wrote: Is there a limit to the list of senders in a rule which copy mail from certain senders to a certain folder? I have this rule, containing 28 different addresses or parts of addresses, and today I can't seem to add any... :-( If the sender list is long, why bother entering them all in a rule? Create a new contact-type folder and enter them there. Then use the clause "sender is in contactfolder Address Book" in your rule. Rather than trying to manage a ridiculously long rule comprised of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of e-mail addresses, you have them easily manageable within a contact-type folder. |

If you want a rule to differentiate between which account upon which it interrogates the e-mails then add the clause that specifies through which account the e-mail got received. |

no.... move, not copy... I know that's what you want, but what happens in reality? You said that the message stays in the Inbox, but is that ALL that happens? Does a copy ALSO get placed in the destination folder? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
