Is that possible in a POP-configuration?
I have to run Outlook in exchange server mode to do that, don't I?

If the sender list is long, why bother entering them all in a rule?
Create a new contact-type folder and enter them there. Then use the
clause "sender is in contactfolder Address Book" in your rule. Rather
than trying to manage a ridiculously long rule comprised of dozens,
hundreds, or thousands of e-mail addresses, you have them easily
manageable within a contact-type folder.
