Default RSOutlook

I have tried the RSOutlook utility to get rid of duplicated emails that have
somehow shown up in my inbox, but after I click the "Delete" button, it asks
me,
"Do you want to delete duplicated emails from a pickup folder?"

-- instead of asking me -- as promised -- to choose the folder from which I
want to delete duplicated emails.

Does anyone have any experience with RSOutlook? I've sent the company a
request for help but have had no response.

Mr. Silva is in Portugal and may be on a different time zone than you - when
did you write to the company? He is very responsive and will probably be
able to answer you in 24 hours.

Default Pickup file?

Do you have any idea what a pickup file is?

Default Pickup directory

I guess I meant pickup directory or pickup folder in previous post.

Default Pickup directory

Got email from Portugal - still don't know what a "pickup directory" is, but
the software seems to have worked!
