Outlook 2003 can I use colors to identify a message by the SUBJECT? It seems in the ORGANIZE option, I can only use colors when it is either from someone or to someone. Thanks -- Meg |

Click ToolsOrganizeUsing ColorsAutomatic FormattingAdd. Give the rule a name, then click Condition. Include what you want in the "Search for the word(s)" field. Click OK. Click Font. Choose the font and color you want to be displayed. Click OK, then OK. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
