I show two Contacts files, but AFAIK, only one actually exists. There may have been a second contact file at one time that had been imported, but it no longer exists. I think it may be because of the 2nd contact file that some of my rules don't work correctly.

In trying to eliminate the second contact list, I finally tried to eliminate All address files - currently show nothing:




Yet I still show the following:




Seems I need to clear it all out and start over. Does that make sense? If so, how can I do so?

Don't post graphics to this group. What you should have posted is your
Outlook version. The method to remove outdated references to Contacts
Folders from the address book has been posted here countless times. The
answer depends on your version, which of course we don't know. Post your
version. For Outlook 2003 you would remove the invalid reference he
Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or address
books Outlook Address Book Change.
