Hi all,
I was confused by so many View setting options in Outlook. I have a mail folder set up properly with the view setting that I wanted. How do I assign it to other mail folders? TIA el |

You have to first reset all folders to their default views, then edit the default Messages view to have the attributes you want. Then all folders using the Messages view will appear similar. The technique is shown he http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm . SInce this involves resetting your view, I recommend writing down the settings you've changed before using the /cleanviews switch. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
