Default Problem to use Word stationery with Outlook

Hi

According to the help file in Outlook (2K and 2003) you can use several Word
themes if Word is your e-mail editor. It doesn't work for me can anyone help
please?

I follow the instructions : go to the Tools menu in the E-mail window,
select Options then General and then E-mail Options. I get message saying I
don't have enough memory. I tried it on two different machines, one with
Outlook 2k and the other with Outlook 2003.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks,

Jay.

Default Problem to use Word stationery with Outlook

I have 512 MB. memory.

The word stationery is just the templates that come with it, nothing I have
created.

Do you have a lot of other programs running? What anti-virus software are
you using?

What happens if you disable Norton, temporarily, as a test. Does it work?
