Hi
According to the help file in Outlook (2K and 2003) you can use several Word themes if Word is your e-mail editor. It doesn't work for me can anyone help please? I follow the instructions : go to the Tools menu in the E-mail window, select Options then General and then E-mail Options. I get message saying I don't have enough memory. I tried it on two different machines, one with Outlook 2k and the other with Outlook 2003. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks, Jay. |

I have 512 MB. memory.
The word stationery is just the templates that come with it, nothing I have created. Jay "Ben M. Schorr, MVP" wrote in message ... How much RAM do you have? What happens if you disable Norton, temporarily, as a test. Does it work?
