Default Outlook 2003 and Wireless Network Conectivity

Often, my wireless connection is "taken-over" ( while Outlook is open ) by
another nearby wireless network signal with little or very low signal
strength, screwing up my send/recieves. Is there a way to keep this from
happening. It's not a big deal in that once I notice the problem I can
easily go and reconnect to my own signal again. It's just a pain in the
butt.

Are you running a secured wireless connection?
