I'm trying to not have my full name show in the from I went in deleted all
but the one with only first name didn't work

You should post your exact version of Outlook. The name that shows in the
From field is the name you entered in the Account setup field: "Your Name"
under User Infomation. You can put anything you want in that field.

Unless you're using Exchnage, the From field doesn't control what the
recipient sees as the sender.
