Default Many instances of Outlook~1.srs files

Hello,
When I open
C:\Docs and Settings\%name%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
I find many instances of "Outlook~#.srs" files, where the # ranges from 1 to
7.
When I delete them and reopen Outlook the number gets higher and higher.
How do I get back to the original file "Outlook~.srs"?
Thanks,
AJS
