Hi all,

Got the below email from a user (Outlook 2003):

this woman called about an invoice yesterday and e-mailed it to me, it said
"Install Japanese language pack" I clicked "NO" the background of this
invoice was a puke green and now it is coming up on all incoming e-mails.

All emails received which are in HTML format now open and preview with the
green background, unless the backcolor is set specifically when composing
the message or stationery is applied. Also when she is composing email, with
or without her options set to backcolor or stationery, change message format
to anything other than HTML and then back to HTML, her background becomes
the same hideous green color - but ONLY on her PC. When she sends the email
with the ugly background color, it is received white, so it appears to be
the way Outlook is reading the HTML or some such.

Any ideas?
