We use public folders to keep conversations in different groups. We
filter them by category. We have been using this system since Office 2003 and have been using a custom form that has a category field. When a user clicks on "reply to folder" the reply portion of the form is then displayed as it should be, except that the category field is now blank. Is there a way to have this automatically populated? As it is now, the post will not be seen in the filtered view. As a side-question, can the same be done with the follow-up flags? Not necessary, but would be a nice feature. Thanks in advance, Jim Prieto |
