BlankThe thing I'm trying to do is change the private flag to be turned on
in a whole ton of contacts at one time. It would almost certainly be just one folder that I want to do, but other methods would work fine. Thanks, Chris |

Easiest way (in my mind) would be to create a table view grouped by Sensitivity, mark one of the contacts as Private, collapse that group, and then drag all the contacts you want to mark as private over into the the group marked as Private. If that makes sense. I can give much more precise instructions if you want. -- f.h. |

Up there with the ability to Control-C copy many XP dialog boxes. -- f.h. |
