Default How to show inserted pictures?

After upgrading to Outlook 07,
pictures I receive are only shown as attachments even though the sender hat
inserted them into to the text body.
Is there a way to show them within the text?

Are the items still shown as HTML mail items and not Plain Text?

Yes accompanying text is html.
Also all the pictures are listed by their name, complete with *.jpg, in the
text body and each one on it's own line.
(That's in addition to the attachment listing)

Is this in a folder other than the Junk E-mail folder?
