any idea how to open outlook direct to minimize mode

Has anyone got any idea if you can open outlook DIRECT to minimize option as
onto task bar mode instead of it opening in full screen mode

Create a shortcut icon for Outlook and change the Run properties of that
shortcut to Minimized instead of Normal Window.

And be sure to add the /recycle command-line parameter so you don't end
up loading multiple instances of Outlook when clicking on that shortcut.
