Hi,
I have a problem here with a guy who uses outlook to read his messages from our email server. He normally leaves a copy on the server for few days, and doens't auto delete after reading them. He has somehow got Outlook 2003 into a mode where it thinks that it has already copied the emails from the server and it won't copy some messages from the server. Is it possible to force Outlook to reload all messages on the server even if it believes it has already downloaded those emails before ? Regards Tony |
