databinding outlook 2007?

my recent upgrade to outlok 2007 did not import my main inbox except for one
days worth, it did however import more in a secondary inbox. I tried to find
how to imprt more and it is now data binding and seems to have frozon. What
is it? How do I get my main inbox imported? from what was outlook 2000?

FileOpenOutlook Data File. Browse to the OL 2000 PST, select it, and
click OK. You'll now have access to all the data it contains. NEVER import
from or export to a PST in order to transfer data between Outlook instances.
