I am new to Outlook and am scheduling on someone elses calender. I schedule
an appointment/meeting and it shows up on the calender and then somewhere between then and day-of it disapears. WHat am I doing wrong? |

What version of Outlook? If you have Outlook 2003, you may want to apply Service Pack 2, which solves most of the common "disappearing appointment" scenarios.
