You don't access gmail through http in Outlook. You access it via pop3.

As an FYI, HTTP is for hotmail msn only. It won't work with other "web mail"
programs.

now if you have a paid account try this
opn outlooktoolsemailaccountsaddchooose httpclick nextenter your anme
and email informationtype your complete email address and password and
check the box log on using secure password authentication and click next and
finish you account is setup
you need to look for emails in a folder named hotmail or msn
