Default Outlook 2003 and TZmove.exe PROBLEM

I downloaded and applied tzmove.exe to my Outlook 2003 program.

Should not have. I had no appointments listed between March 11 and April etc.

But I did the update, it said "you have no appointments." Then it
closed.

Now when I hit the Send/Receive button in Outlook, I get an error message
saying "the operation failed."

How nice.

What can I do? What should I do? (besides ignore all MS updates)

Is there any way to uninstall this update?

Do I need to reinstall Outlook2003? I have the Office 2003 discs, but not
sure how to just grab Office 2003 from it. I would prefer not losing all my
email folders.

Check your application event viewer for errors related to Outlook or Office.
Troubleshooting and correct installation procedures for the patch are he

I applied the patch myself at home where I run Outlook 2003 and have no
calendar entries for that time. I experienced no send/receive problems with
Outlook.

Any error numbers you may see would be helpful.
