Favorite Folders will not hold
I set up a favorite folder. Close Outlook 2003. Immediately reopen Otlook.
Favorite foler that I set up is not in the Favorite section. Hhave to place folder in Favorite section again. What am I doing wrong?

Favorite Folders will not hold
after closing outlook confirm in task manager that outlook.exe really is
closed. if it doesn't close properly, the nav pane changes aren't saved.
