OUTLOOK 2000 task problems
My secretary is running MS XP home and Office pro 2000 SP3.
I send task requests to her and she cannot open them, she can see them in the list but cannot open them. What can we do to solve this? Thanks Stu

OUTLOOK 2000 task problems
what version are you using? are you sending them as RTF? click on her email

I am using OFFICE enterprise 2007 on Windows XP home.2002 sp2.
Sorry to be a bit stupid, but can you explain how i check the rtf seting? I cannot work it out! Thnks Stu

OUTLOOK 2000 task problems
double click on her address in the To field. if it brings up a contact,

I think they must be RTF, as the "real" message contains a WINMAIL.DAT
package for Outlook. Still, tasks cannot be opened since KB924085 was installed.
