problem selecting names from address book
I have a user running outlook 2003 on xp pro when he trys to send a
new message as soon as he clicks on the "to:" field to select a name outlook hangs and has to be killed through task manager. if he types in an email address it works fine, if he goes to his contacts and selects a name the email will work with no problems it is only when he click on the "to" field that outlook hangs. we have un/reinstalled office a couple of times and it still happens, this is one user out of 25 that has this problem our back end is Exchange running on SBS-2003 all service packs and updates are applied to both the server and the users pc. Anyone have any ideas Thanks
