Default Keeping two computers the same

I'm new to Outlook, and would like to keep all my computers syncronized with
contact and calendar informations. I am currently using ActiveSync to keep
my HP palm PC synced to my desktop. Is there an easy way to keep my desktop,
laptop, and my palm PC in touch with each other without having to use to palm
PC as a "upload then download" transfere point? Will Outlook 'talk' from any
of the three to the other two, no matter which I work with?
