What email format are you using and do you have Word selected as you email
editor? You can check these under Tools Options Mail Format. If using Word you will need to install at least one default signature. This will appear on your emails and the you can right click on it and select your other signatures. The other signatures work if Outlook is the actual editor. If you do not need Word as your editor then remove that check. Outlook will now be your editor and the signatures should appear. .. -- Regards, Francine Otterson President, San Diego Outlook User Group MVP - Microsoft Outlook "Savannah" wrote in message ... Hi Francine, I tried your suggestion and it worked. However, I have two
email addresses, one yahoo for personal and another for work, both running through Outlook 2003 and both are setup with two different signatures. I've set the signatures to change depending upon the account that I am sending the email from. However, when I switch accounts, it only picks one signature. Any help would be great. Thanks. You need to set a default signature for each account.
