Email classification
Is there any features in Outlook 2003 which can be used to classify
important emails? OR any 3rd party software for such email classification?

Email classification
You can make an email High Importance. Write the email, then use the
Options or just click the ! button on the toolbar. I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
