Sometimes, when I add a new contact and then try to send a new message,
I can not find the added contact in the "email window", in the "send to"
section.
When I open the contatcs folder, the contact is there.
Why does this happen and how to solve it?
Thanks in advance

I have had this "error" more then one time.

What Outook version and Office Service Pack do you have?

Do you use different contacts folder? If so, is for each the option
"Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" set?

Please check if the acutal Service Pack 2 is installed. All Office
updates you will find on this page:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/do...s/default.aspx

If all is up to date and the problem still exists, please try the
"Detect and Repair"-Function in the "Help"-Menü (do not set any
checkboxes).

Problem isn`t solved? Go to control panel, "Mail" and create a new
profile.
