Folders in Outlook
I have some training to do and have typically had people create folders for
their mail under the Inbox; however, discussion is now being held in our office about whether folders in Outlook should be setup directly under the Mailbox for an individual or under the Inbox. Is there a preferred location? Does it take any more time to download email if it is in stored in folders under the Inbox as opposed to folders under the Mailbox? -- bs
