cant open a link from an email
i recently rebulit my laptop and now in outlook 2003 when ever i click
on a link in the email i get a error that says: "This opperation has been cancled due to restrictions ineffect on this computer. please contact your system administrator" i have look into the zone settings and cant get this fixed. any help to get this to work would be appriciated.
