Default Outlook 2003 & rules

Hi...
The Outlook 2003 rules management is very poor to say the least.
I have my PST file on a portable USB connected HDD cabinet.
This way I can connect it to any of my PC's and always be updated.

The problem is that the hundred rules or so are not run.
So I have to run them every time I connect to my PST file.
But in the Run rules now... dialog box I have to press down arrow and space
to mark every rule to be run.

Is there any solution as to manage the rules in Outlook in a better way than
the embedded rules management?
The most wanted function is a "Select All"-button.

There's more stored in the rules definition than is displayed in the Rules
Wizard. Not only is the name of the folder stored, but so it the path to
the PST and the name of the PC on which the rule was defined. So, when you
move your PST from one machine to another, you are breaking the rules
yourself. The only way around it is to open each rule and modify it in the
current instance of Outlook so that the data in the rules is updated to
reflect the current information.
