Default Outlook 2003 Distribution list from a file?

Hi all,

Please could someone tell me how I can build a Distribution List in Outlook
2003 using either a .txt a .csv or a .xls file.

I have a list of 50 email addresses that I need to build into a distribution
list, and I'm pulling my hair out trying to find a way of doing it.

Thanks all,

Stu
